"I've seen them arrive, I've seen them leave.
Waves bawling and sobbing. Waves roaring crashing against the cliffs.

I've felt them arise, I wept when they ceased to exist.
Tides growing and overflowing, tides receding, collapsing inside of me.

​For I am no ordinary woman thus I remember how the ocean lives in me.
And so I whirl, some days with sorrow others with glee, the endless dance of the sea."
